That varies every year depending on the performance of the test taking population. It’s not a fixed mark or percentage from year to year as far as I know. It depends on the overall performance of all students taking the exam.

That’s a good question. To be honest I’m not sure. It’s more or less luck of the draw. What they bring, they bring.
