The liquid carbon metallic is gorgeous. It's a great looking car. People will complain about the trackpad, it takes all of a week to get used to it. The disappointment was that it was a very minor cosmetic refresh on a model that's essentially the same as it was when the 3rd gen was released in 2019. It's in desperate need of an overhaul. It's too bad that Acura is stubbornly chasing EVs, a hybrid RDX would be amazing. I'll never understand why Honda won't bring hybrids to the Acura when Toyota has brought hybrid options to just about every Lexus.

@@TYPICALTRYHARD_ They were definitely early to the hybrid era. At the time, hybrids were still things for green compacts and the idea of a sporty car that wasn't pure ICE was considered an oxymoron. Hybrid technology has improved greatly and the market has changed. While EVs are still not everyone's cup or tea, it opened up the idea that EV and hybrid cars can deliver power in a way that enhances performance.

Beautiful vehicle with a very sporty flair. Some aspects see m dated. Think Honda CRV Hybrid fully equipped might please a less enthusiastic audience more. Car is a beauty,.more in scale grille badge, tho, please. Not a value consideration vehicle to begin with . Good review!

Agreed. They changed out the track pad in the MDX so why not the RDX? Missed it for sure

52k is the a spec top trim and wasn’t the rdx mid 30’s at one time
