2025 Bank Fishing for Stripers | Surprise Catch

My recent fishing outing looking for my first striper. Bank fishing is always challenging at Lake Mead but a great spot I like is Hatchery Saddle Point. Using frozen anchovies, I was able to land my first striper of the year. There is also a surprise catch. Hi George, Yes, I had lots of fun. It’s those constant action that makes it fun whether you land the fish or not. Those gloves were from AliExpress. They were about $4. I bought several. My big purchase from AliExpress just came today so I’ll be making a video of things I bought from AliExpress and Temu soon. Amazon also sells them for a higher price. Went where you caught your carp more deep in around in front of the metal structure sticking out and caught 7 stripers and 1 catfish They kept taking my bait like you so I put on a white shad swimbait and caught 3 striper right away

Nice! I’m skunked on the year so far, BUT I got that kayak I was talking about and I was more focused on paddling than fishing my last 2 outings, so I’m not too worried about it. I’m gonna visit this area this upcoming Friday for sure!
