Medalist is the best new anime of the season and one of the best Sports Manga of the past decade. The fact that Kenshi Yonezu asked himself to do the opening for the anime speaks for itself. He is a huge fan of the Manga.

Rico Sasaki, the singer from entry 36 is also the singer of entry 5 as it's by the band Ave Mujica, which she is the vocalist of. Speaking of entry 5, it's known as Bang Dream Ave Mujica, which is the sequel to Bang Dream It's Mygo!!!!! which I have recommended to you before. Also it might interest to know that Gigguk watched the latter on stream this past Sunday (vod is gone now) and will be doing the same for the first 4 episodes of the former this coming Saturday.

I don't necessarily hate the Solo Leveling opening, but I'll be honest both Lisa and Hiroyuki Sawano songs have started getting kind of boring for me, maybe I've just heard them too often, but its made me not like hearing their voice/audio style and there's the occasional song with Lisa where it gets me, like the entertainment district arc opening for Demon Slayer, but thats usually cause she's collabing with another that I like (in that case was Man on a Mission who was the band that really got me into japanese music in general outside of listening to anime openings).

14th place isn't hating. The other 13 are just better (subjectively I disagree with this). This season is stacked for openings, so just being "very good" didn't cut it And before people think I'm a kuma dick rider, if you go to some of their older vids, or popular reactions to those vids, and scroll enough, you'll see me massively hating on kuma and criticising. Because a few years back they weren't that knowledgeable on anime, or anime songs. But now kuma is People need to realise, Kuma has seen close to 1000 anime, and has been analysing anime ops, eds, and ost, for years now. 1000 anime isn't close to what some people have seen, me included. But someone who's count is higher than most other peoples in the community? AND has an entire channel specifically on rating songs that they fully listen to? They have more of a solid standing than most. Heck, I've seen over 2000 anime, I've been watching anime for over 20 years, and at this point, Kuma has a better basis for objective reasoning on anime music than anyone I can think of The thing that increases the objectiveness of a persons analysis of music, thus reducing their subjective influence, is exposure. And kuma has more than most Solo levelling's opening is solid, but it's for an incredibly popular anime, and relies on reference to the anime itself. Anime influence on opening should never be counted in the analysis of an opening, because that leads to huge leaps in subjective opinion. Openings should be analysed on their own, the song, and the visuals for said song. Otherwise you get Kuma from 5 years ago, who lists the openings for the most popular anime in the top 10-15, even if they didn't deserve it. This was because Kuma was too scared to anger the anime generals who only watch the most popular 1 or 2 anime a season, and nothing else

You have to react to the ed more than the op (the op is beautiful, but the ed is really something) 22 (7:24): yes, tou've seen him before. the Anime is Toilet-bound Hanako-kun. 01 (16:51): I will say it again, sa i've said in the react to the full version, the music is hype, but what is the worst about it is that it's not as hype as the anime (and knowing what is coming, it's defenitively NOT as hypa as what is coming) About solo leveling, I think that there are 2 type of person, the one that doesn't like it (will not like, even with all the love I have for LiSa's song, and Hiroyuki Sawano's music, I really don't like it and don't think it will change with the time) and the person who like it, and i think it's pretty extreme in each group (I will not say that I hate it, but I seriously think that me, that never skip op instead it's a very hype part and absolutely want to know what is going to happend, will skip it because it just doesn't make it my time watching solo leveling a good time, and you you find it "blasphemous" that it's so low, it just show how extreme each side is). But it's defenitively not a bad song (I know how to make a difference between what I like and what is good, not liking it is just because it doesn't fit my taste, even if it has a lot to). I think that what is to consider is that's his top, and he judge not with quality but with liking (Honestly, what i found more strange, is guild receptionist so low with how stunning is the animation, beside Mushoku tensei and violet evergarden, we see this type of animation only in movie, but it's his choice and his taste, so I have nothing else to say on the matter). So about this season anime, my recomendation about reaction is Guild receptionist ed (yes, op too, but the ed is an obligation) and A-rank party (the full name is as horrible as the guild receptionist, they definitively need a short like Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo (Konosuba)

@@matijamaksan4344 Almost like there's this weird thing that happens over time, in relation to an ever expanding library of anime music, and a channel who's main purpose is listening to, and analysing, said growing pool of music....... Is LISA good? Yes. But people place her on this pedestal because she got lucky that the anime she did songs for, early on, were highly successful. And now successful anime get her to make songs, which general anime watchers will all be exposed to, as they only ever touch the safe, wider appealing shows, thus the music attached to said shows (which is proven by most anime fans who "love her" not even knowing of songs she's done for lesser known anime). The more anime you watch? The more singers and groups you discover that match, or exceed, her I guarantee you, the gradual lower scores of her music, by Kuma, is due to this. 5 years ago Kuma had seen like 100 anime, now it's close to 1000

16:50 - Momentary Lily is a beautiful anime, but it's where all positive traits are ending. Dialogs between characters are atrocious, character's personality is pure cardboard cut-out. Studio GoHands are really good with the art style and quality, but oh boy, they can't pick a good show, so far "K" was their peak.
