I thought the previous Equinox was quite pretty. GM is smart to put their eggs in two different baskets by offering EV and gas versions of the same name, but designed and engineered separately for the drivetrain application. The fix is already in though as EV batteries are made by environmental destruction and slaves, and more than a decade into it EV's are failing because of those crap batteries and their huge consumption of energy... And because they're exploding. Other automakers who've pledged to go full EV are fools unless they can get a hold of zero-point energy technology and/or radioactive diamond batteries. Chevy's new design language is kinda bland to me, though not bad, and I'm glad gasoline is still on their menu for the foreseeable future.

@@lilred1107 Yes but not by choice. You can't stop rental companies from buying whatever vehicles they want but auto manufacturers like Toyota do not sell mass vehicles to livery companies. It's bad for their resale. Look at a recent Nissan article on the trouble they are in. Their cars aren't selling so Nissan just gave the ok for their dealers to sell to rental companies. This will boost sales but the problem is when rental companies replenish their inventory they flood the used market which destroys the models resale. This is the main reason why Toyota and Honda will not let their dealer Network sell to rental companies in mass numbers. Play can't stop a rental companies from buying their product but they put a cap on what they can buy which costs the rental companies too much money per car.
