I bought one last week and just did a trip from SF Bay Area to Glacier Point in Yosemite NP. It was 356 miles round trip and took 7.2 gallons so that comes out to 49.4 mpg. My only complaint would be the seats are too firm but that's typical for Japanese cars. As for the price it's all relative, they are about $6k les than an Accord with the same hybrid drivetrain.

Blows the Corolla hybrid away! Yes, more exp but better overall acceleration, ride, handling and refinement! The fact that the new Camry hybrid is being compared (price wise) to this is a testament to how good this is!

I think that for this generation, Honda is going to own the compact sedan market with the Civic and Toyota is going to own the med-size sedan market with the Camry. All of them are such amazing cars for the price though.

It is very disappointing that there's no air vents for the rear seats. This should be standard across all brands and segments and trims.

Ngl, I’m pretty disappointed that they don’t come with a spare. As a newspaper carrier, it would be really nice to have that extra layer of insurance for when I get a flat. Yes, I said WHEN 😂😭😔

I was hoping for an explanation of what exactly you get in the Sport Touring compared to Sport, so I could decide whether it’s worth the extra $3K. I’ve figured out that you get the Bose Audio, leather trimmed seats and "google built in." Google built-in, is a something I absolutely don’t want as I don’t want google tracking my location and driving data. For that matter, I don’t want Honda tracking me either, so it would be good to know if we can turn location tracking and data collection completely off.

@@gigglybeast I always find it funny when the older folks have this complaint. I work for an OEM. Trust me, we do not need your driving data. We already have ALL of your personal info. @@SpicyBoba7431 - You obviously never heard of General Motors. Our driving data has value to insurance companies. It’s been widely publicly reported that OEMs sell data to insurance companies or data brokers who sell it to insurance companies who use it to raise insurance rates on their customers. You, some random KZbin commenter claiming to work for OEMs, wants me to ignore actual verified facts that have been verified by the actual OEMs. Also, having just bought a Lexus and actually having read through the terms and conditions, I can tell you that Lexus and Toyota told me they would sell my driving data to 3rd parties unless I explicitly opted out. Wish it had cooled seats. The windshield washer being on the wiper blades is a bit of a draw back because they only spit (yes I said spit because it's not a spray which would have been 100% better) out any fluid until the blade is already across the car which makes the passenger side of the windshield just smeared dirt by the blade.

Sport Touring? If I am correct, Sport Touring is usually Honda’s badge for their highest hatchback trim while the sedan one is just Touring. I was like what?!😂

Yeah, Honda simplified the civic lineup this year
@kikomanster81882 ай бұрын
@@AutoJeffReviews I went to their website and indeed, they replaced Touring now with Sport Touring for their sedans as well. Interesting! I guess the reason is that the hatchback used to have the six speed manual in the sport and sport touring trims but now that all civics (except Si and Type R) will be using their hybrid engine hence they just standardized their trims for both hatch and sedan. I will still pick the hatch version of the sport touring styling wise, driving feel and utility of being able to use it like a small suv

But Iveould go withbthe Blue Lagoid eith grey leather srats without the spoiler or other add ones, eith the back exterior emblems. I don't csre the black Touringbrmblem on the Honda website, but I know where to get it. Snd the $40 horn upgrade kit, and also the LED taillight replacement bulbs. I don't think you need foglights eith the all LED front lighting, but I guess you could find nice foglights and figure iut how to mount them in the lower grille.
