Hi! I've been working a POD shop since September. I found myself getting hints and tips along the way. This caused me to "start over" several times. Still and all, I was getting a lot of likes and views but only a few sales. I refuse to give up because I've gotten a lot of positive feedback (but no conv.) Very detailed! One question, (the shipping and unit price printify charges) added together will be subtracted from your selling price? if so, then what is left would be your profit?

I think the shipping is separate. It says her profit is $11.34 and Printify is going to charge her $5.66 for the item. $11.34 + $5.66 = $17.00 which is what she set as the retail price. I’m wondering if the buyer has to pay for shipping or if she has to pay for it as the seller. Because if she’s paying for the shipping then she’s getting less than $2.00 in profit at the end of everything. I’m pretty sure the buyer pays for the shipping 🤞🏻

I'm a Brand New Subscriber--WOOP WOOP! I love how you're keeping it real and making it so easy to learn. I do have a question that I think is important to address for everyone. If you sell that mug for $17.99 minus the cost $5.66 minus the shipping $9.69, you are only making $2.64, is that right? That leaves $2.64 to cover Etsy fees? I have another Etsy shop for hand-made goods, and Etsy charges Listing Fees, Transaction Fees, and Processing Fees based on your Sales Price, taxes, shipping, and an additional .45 charge. If POD is charged the same way by Etsy, $2.64 won't cover those Etsy charges. You mention in this section about the markup being 67%, and sort of skimmed over "keep in mind the cost and shipping" part. I watched a previous video of yours showing your 6-month income with number of sales and income per month, total of $800something for 6mos. Thank you for that. Does that income reflect the cost, shipping, and Etsy fees all taken out or not? If it did, your prices are quite higher than $17.99, right? Please explain because I'm confused. Thanks so much!! I appreciate all you time, teaching, and explanations.
