Sub se pehle Raat ko jaldi Sonay ki Aadat daalo, ye Islam kay khilaaf hay is Liye Sehet kay bhi khilaaf hay. Aadha motapa tau raat ko der tak jaagnay se Aata hay. Number 2 Cold drinks pepsi, 7 up ko Hath bhi Na Lagaao, Body ka Calcium Khatam kar deti hain ye drinks aur aik glass coke main 10 chamach cheeni hoti hay….jabkay diet walon ko chai main aik chamach cheeni bhi Mana hoti hay. Dusri baat Cooking oil ka istemaal Band karain, ho sakay tau Ghar ka bana ya phir kisi Behtar jaga se DESI GHEE main khana banaayen, safed cheeni aur maidah bhi Sehat kay liye Bura hay. Whole wheat Aata aur Brown Shakkar woh bhi kam istemaal karain !!

Iski wajah se Wazan tau barhta he hay, Sath main aur bhi beemariyan bhi janam leti hain, 2 cheez humaaray haan Cold drinks yani pepsi, 7 up har ghar main bachay Buzurg sub peetay hain, jis ki wajah se Motapa bhi hota hay aur Haddiyan bhi kamzor hoti hain KYUN KAY is kay Sirf Aik glass main 10 chamach cheeni hoti hay Jis se Sugar ki beemari aur Calcium ki kami hoti hay. 3 bazaar kay khaanay khana bhi Buhut Aam ho gaya hay aur Beemaryan bhi…..KHUDA kay Liye Ghar ka khana Khaayen. Buhut dil karay Tau maheenay main ek baar, restaurant se kha lain,4 Bachon ko School kay Liye paisa KABHI NAA den, woh Chips aur pepsi Le kar SIRF bemari aur kamzori pait main daalen gay. Ghar ka bana Paraatha, ya Egg sandwich, ya Aaloo ka sandwich banaa kar den, sath main Kam az kam 3 Khajoor Har bacha aur buzurg sub khaayen ( siwaaye jin ko Sugar hay ) TAAKAY KHOON ki Kami Naa ho !!!
