Super excited for a 30" elite!

Thanks for sharing Mr PJ. Good looking bow from elite. Seems like everyone is coming out swinging this year. Props for other companies making moves to create other accessories for their bows. I'm sort of curious their prices vs the prices of mathews. I know none of that matters bc mathews and other manufactures are going to follow their own trends based on consumer demand.

The draw cycle looks to have a hump and dump.. Maybe thats because it's set at 90% let off?
@LancasterArcherySupplyАй бұрын
The 90% let off might as well be 100%. You could hold it drawn back for the entire duration of whatever hunt you're on and still send a missile at your target at the end of it.

I would get the 60 # draw weight "at 55 years and not getting younger, those seventy pound draw weights are a thing of the past for me" and throw on my whisker biscuit with my trophy ridge five pin sight. That drop away arrow rest is just too loud for me. Been shooting my ancient but still capable Hoyt cybertec 2003 Cam and a half with the XT2000 limbs. But want something shorter than the 36" my Hoyt measures at. The only thing is I am a south paw which there is not many of us out there, which makes it hard to find the right bow or rifle.

What's the picatinny mounts on the limb pockets for?
@pjreilly3997Ай бұрын
As mentioned in the video, for mounting accessories like a sling

Would it kill them to produce a bow with matching limbs and riser?
@LancasterArcherySupplyАй бұрын
In 1827, John McElite needed help from a Navaho medicine woman to help save his sick son, John McElite II, who had fallen ill. The medicine woman offered her soul-cleansing services and promised to save the boy's life in exchange for a future favor in return. John McElite agreed to those terms and his son was spared. However, he turned his back on the medicine woman after his son recovered and denied ever having sought her out in the first place - because of this, the Navaho medicine woman cast a curse on the McElite family name to never be able to match limbs to risers if his lineage were to ever mass produce archery equipment 200 years later. As it would happen, the McElite's dropped the "Mc" from their name to appear more American, and started building bows under the title "Elite." The slight name change did little to stop the (rather specific and not all that damaging) curse that still persists today.

I'm an eastern hunter and I'm sick of short bows. I think anything under 32 is a gimmick and I imagine there would be fewer wounded deer not found if we'd just do away with these jumpy trinkets. People work for a living and you have to put in a ton of range time to be consistently ACCURATE with these toys. There's a reason target bows are longer.....accuracy. Wth is more important than hitting a live animal accurately? Off soap box
