Hey Shawn nice to meet you. Great kiln opening and wow only since Oct 2023 you got this. On the cones I learned from Florian Gadsby to take some clay (I use a BMix with sand for this) and just make a little log and plop those cones into it. Let it dry and put it in the kiln. I don't get any melting onto my shelves. Have a muddy day!

Merry new year Shawn and Kevin. So happy to see a vid up! That Shino is so interesting I love that. Loving the red n cream mug gorgeous. I was going to say keep it then you said you are! Love the “artwork” sgrafitto cup. The cone should break off. Sand down n it should b fine being u have white lines there anyway 🤞. The Shino on the darker clay looks like a bushfire sky I love it. That coffee bean is gorgeous it looks metallic grey on tv. I just love watching yr unloads. Yr colours are so opposite to me which I love. Getting to see new to me glaze ideas. The shino glazes are very nice. You never have to worry about dripping. They are very stable and look great on texture because they break. Happy New Year to you and Kevin!🎉
