Top spec hrv rs is 1.7 already and normally hybrid will be on top of it. I predict it will be 1.8 -2M which is a bit overprice. At that price range there so many better option. I can buy entry lvl ppv or if i want to be on 5 seater suvs and a bit luxurious theres mazda cx-5.

I dont think it would sell like hotcakes mainly because of the anticipated price.. This is Honda and it should be more expensive than the Corolla Cross Hybrid.. I think Honda would price this close to 2M top trim, and yeah it would be ridiculous.. I hope I'm wrong though..

When you complain about the price meaning you are not their market. Honda is Honda. They know their worth because they are making incomparable machine. Try to drive it for a month I'm very sure that you will not be switching to other brands. One of a kind personal car.

But for that price point you should have at least the latest tech and not just carry over from the previous one. Yes, Honda is Honda, but justifying that kind of price for a car that is subpar with its competitors shouldn't be always like that. You're paying more by having less features. Seems unfair to me tbh.

I think you're overpaying for a watered down thailand made Honda HRV. For 1.6-1.9 as revealed by TopGear, you would at least have one or three of the following: 360 cam, panoramic moonroof (which the TH version has), full digital instrument cluster, ventilated seats, bose speakers for RS, updated 2026 taillights which thailand has, and maybe a HUD. Unfortunately, there the Toyota Corolla Cross, BYD SL6, etc offers these for the same price point. Why is Honda so desperate to milk people out of their money for something so subpar, it's laughable? For 1.9m, it's the same price almost of a Rav4.

Honda is honda if you are comparing it on a different brand then go for the other brands easy! Why ask for features when this one of a kind machine drives well? You should try it. I will tell you once you go honda you can never go back. LOL

@kurtgonzaga3462 i actually own and drive a 10gen civic right now for 6 years and have been eyeing the crv but its too pricey for what its worth. Was hoping to upgrade to an HRV but its features are underwhelming. So yeah, I DO KNOW what its like to drive a honda thats why I care so much about this. Im not comparing brands Im asking why at this year, Honda is still stripping features for the PH market when the other asean ones are featurw complete? Does that make sense???
