Nice review 👍 This was one of the better reviews I've seen in a long time. You took the time to be specific and actually put yourself in the customers shoes on what their looking for and questions they would ask. Great honest review, nice work! Looking forward to more reviews & tech advice.

Great review i have the rx7 ultra really smooth draw cycle, i wish it would have the speed of the rx9. Too bad these bow prices are getting out of hand. Here in canada the rx9 ultra is $2740

The prices are insane that’s for sure, it’s a phenomenal bow but I do really fear that these companies are slowly beginning to price people out of the game

Great video! I saw you posted the speeds for the 9 ultra. Any chance you have some speeds of the 8 ultra at 29" for comparison?

I can get you some, I’ll try to remember to. I do know for reference that the RX8 at the exact same specs shot the 370gr arrow at 303 So just for reference that’s roughly 16 fps slower than where the 9 came in. The trend would/should be about the same through the arrow weights listed above. But if I get a chance to give you some real data then I will!

If you want more speed, why not just shoot higher poundage? Especially when they claim 70# feels like 60#, why not just shoot 80# then instead of more aggressive cams at 70#?

I definitely think you could do that if you wanted too, no reason it wouldn’t work at all. It all comes down to what you’re willing to deal with drawing back, and I think you’d still be looking at slightly better speeds out of the 9 ultra over the 8ultra. But I don’t have an 8 ultra with me that has 80# limbs to verify.

Just watched your video, hate that you’re having this experience. A lot of these “technicians” at the factories leave a lot to be desired, had a similar situation with a bit manufacturer out of AZ I’ll let you figure out who. It’s insane it is starting to seem like these companies want their dealers to bend over backwards for them but won’t reciprocate.
