yes it is, they use it in races in Africa where motorbikes need to be street legal. here in italy you can buy one used in a race like the Africa Eco Race for about €20.000

All offroad lovers requested a bike whit 450 cc and under 145 kg but you did not produce one. KTM made one which was in limited numbers for 35,000 us dolars or euros. Japan brands did not care any. Kove made it name is KOVE 450 Rally 145 kg. And all ktm and the others will produce. You have to smugs. But a cheap one smugs
