The GranCabrio Folgore is a new model for the Maserati brand for 2025. Based on the electric GranTurismo Folgore, the drop-top model shares the coupe's battery, electric motors, and couture design. Look for the GranCabrio Folgore to pull up to Maserati showrooms in early 2025.
0-60-MPH Times
Based on our experience with the GranTurismo Folgore, acceleration should be mega in the GranCabrio variant. We estimate the coupe can hit 60 mph in just 2.7 seconds, and the convertible shouldn't be too far behind.
Range, Charging, and Battery Life
The 83.0-kWh battery pack is good for up to 233 miles of driving range per charge, according to the EPA. Maserati says the battery can be fast charged at up to a 270-kW connection, enough to add 100 km of range in only 5 minutes by their estimate.
Interior, Comfort, and Cargo
Four seats are nestled within the GranCabrio's cabin and Maserati has lined the interior with premium materials that are also eco-friendly. While leather is available, the standard upholstery is something called EcoNyl, which is created from recycled nylon and features laser-etched perforations. Interior color schemes range from more muted monotones to colorful multi-tone options, including a striking cream and turquoise design. The rear seats aren't particularly spacious, but an adult could squeeze back there for short trips. More than likely, owners will find the back seat more useful as an additional storage space.
