For those comparisons, I used the charting data from the 2024 QBs who were drafted last year. I wanted to exclude the lower quality QBs who didn't go drafted to give an idea of how Dart and the other quarterbacks compare to recently drafted quarterbacks. So, it is comparing Dart's 4 toughest games and all of the drafted quarterbacks 4 toughest games as well.

Does this number include the game vs Duke or not?

It does not. I've been trying to avoid using bowl games in their charting numbers when possible with the number of players sitting and Duke had a few starters out. Plus I didn't view Duke as one of the 4 toughest teams/defenses Dart faced this year so that also excluded that game.
