If the bears keep firing people they will never build up a culture and that causes more long term damage. Getting an elite athletic profile but project pass rusher at 10 instead of an offensive lineman to protect the most important asset of your franchise and the most glaring hole in the team is asinine. We need an offensive tackle, interior olinemen, and defensive lineman more than we need an edge rusher

I keep hearing the national football pundits claiming that this draft class is “weak” but I wonder how many of these “experts” predicted that quarterbacks like Mahomes, Stroud, Jackson or Brock Purdy would be as good as they are? I bet many wouldn’t be honest about their assessments of those quarterbacks before they blossomed into what they are now.

I missed on Mahomes & Purdy, but I was high on Stroud & Jackson. Part of the draft is knowing it's all projections based on strengths and weaknesses. And where they go too. I would bet at least one QB hits from this class. Also means a lot don't

Not sure the Detroit Lions would let DT from Alabama LT Overton get by them. He has a 80.8 overall PFF grade for 2024, including a 78.2 PFF pass-rushing grade, having registered 31 total pressures from 207 pass-rushing snaps. Overton is described as an interior defensive linemen with EDGE rusher athleticism and moves. Similar positional fluency to Josh Paschal

Im going Cam for the bowl game tesults. ISU had a pretty legit D, and he made them look horrible without his top 3 guys. Without restrepo alone was impressive. And this mock was pretty good guys. I didnt find argument in anything really..too ten is always need versus best player available versus who screws you over by taking the guy you were gonna get for no reason
