Kinda liked the 24 front grille. I like how it was separated which allowed for better contrast, instead of just the whole front being dark.

I’m buying one within the next few weeks. I think it’s something that I will be happy with for the next 5 years. I’m getting the 4x4. Trading in my 2020 GMC 1500 4x4 i was very happy with that vehicle. But my driving distance for my new job I’m looking for gas mileage and being a Truck and 4x4 . My daughter is grown up now so I don’t need all that much room.

@VehicleVisionary I liked the grill, Nissan Logo & Floodlights on the 2024, and the refresh of the 2025 interior is nicer than the 2024. Love the adjustable steering wheel. I would love to see a Blackout.

I have a 2018 tacoma but I think Nissan will kick ass in selling trucks.People don't want a 2.4 turbo and big heavy battery. They want HP and a narural aspiration method. Watch the crowd vote with money.

The 25 Nissan Frontiers are great trucks for the money. And I’m driving a 21 Tacoma Trd OR. If I had to buy a new truck now, I’d probably get a 25 Frontier Pro4x or a Ridgeline Trailsport 😁

Literally the two vehicles im caught between also lol frontier looks better imo and a bit more affordable. But ridgeline is definitely more comfortable due to extra space + the trunk is pretty cool. Basically gonna be a daily driver 95% of the time and 5% for frequent but lighter lawn and gardening equipment

The 24 grill looks better than the 25. The 25s look cheap and plasticky and the break line is gone that splits the top and bottom.

I wanted an extended cab, not a crew cab to replace my 2006 Colorado extended cab. Chevy, Ford, Toyota all abandoned that market segment. I had initially not even considered the Frontier until I discovered they made an extended cab long bed and I was presently surprised. Haven't bought one just yet since I wanted to see what the '25's had to offer (the '25's are just starting to show up in my area), but I will in the near future.

@@JAT922 I had high hopes on that early on, but when it was announced, turns out there's no rear doors (or seats). You have to flip the front seat forward to put stuff in the back. Very awkward. Plus the Tacoma prices are getting up there. So a hard pass, unfortunately.

They ruined it with that grille and bumper design. 24 looks like a Frontier and the 25 looks like it should be the Suzuki Equator.

2025 looks like less of a premium product than 2024 because it loses fog lights and the front bumper is made out of one giant piece that's cheaper to manufacture than integrating multiple separate pieces together. every manufacturer is getting rid of fog lights. how cheap can you get? i'm surprised they don't make the body panels out of plastic instead of metal at this point.

I have a 2016 and it is a solid build. Still is rattle- less and rides almost car like, a great truck. I will get another one that's for sure.

I went from a 2022 SV to a 2025 SV and it feels like I got a new truck with the refresh. I like the newer dash design with the fender system but for some reason the under seat storage boxes don't come with the hooks for the netting.

Lets be real, it's competition is the Ranger and the Tacoma. Both of which are 400lbs lighter, tow 600 lbs more, and carry 500lbs more payload, while getting better gas millage, and having much more refined interiors. Steering is also an issue with theh Nissan. Ranger is on par price wise. Tacoma is overpriced and having a bunch of teething issues. Only thing the Frontier has is a NA engine. If that's what your after, be ready to give up quite a bit to get it. (I owned a 2022 Frontier, (sold) and own a 2024 Ranger).

What trim are you comparing these numbers on with the new Tacoma? 2024 Tacoma TRD Offroad with no hybrid weights 4,630-4,650, the hybrid engine weights up to 5030 lbs. The Frontier Pro4x fully option out weighs 4,728 lbs. It's negligible. Let's not forget the payload and tow increase on the 2025 Frontier has increased overall up to 1,620 payload to Toyota's 1,670is lbs. Towing will be less on the hybrid with the added weight of the batteries than the Frontier. Now, the Ranger will be noticeably better than the Tacoma if we're talking specs but let's not pretend this new Ranger is anywhere close to the '09-'11 Rangers. Those were the overbuilt tough Mazda trucks when Ford owned Mazda. No idea if the new Rangers will be reliable or not. There seems to be a weight issue with their Bedrails like with the Zr2 Chevy Colorado. The frontier is more narrow and shorter than all the other truck in it's class. And lastly, why isn't anyone talking about this? The new Tacoma wheelbase is much longer; therefore, their turning radius is measured at 22.2 ft vs the Frontier at 21.62 ft. Ironically, the new Tacoma's turning radius is now actually worse than the 2025 Frontier. The Frontier chassis and underpinnings are virtually the same since the last generation. The V6 engine type that got updated in '21 will most likely be the more reliable engine from when compared to the new Tacoma 4 Cylinder. Another thing to note. Tacoma made their gas tank 3 gallons smaller than the Frontier. Although it gets 2-3 mpg better than the Frontier v6, you're still going to be filling up at the station as frequent as before.

You don't need them. My 24 Pro4x cools down in a minute and I'm in Florida. If our dog is with us, I switch the air to the floor and it cools the back quicker

Nice Video but disappointed that Nissan put all the R&D into a new Grill but without LED Headlamps!?! Isn't this 2025?!? IIHS rates Frontier SV Headlamps as POOR! Granted younger Drivers may not see a big difference but there's a lot behind Old People (like me!) not wanting to drive at night and will be a big factor in choosing my next truck. Our '23 Suburu Ascent is amazing to drive at night!

Looks like every other truck. The Frontier had its own look for decades, and then Nissan gave in and make it look like a chevy, Ford, and all the others. Everyone wants a square box all of the sudden. Strange. How long till the sleek truck design makes its way back into the popular style? Rounded corners a good. Make it lighter, sleeker, more aerodynamic, and put a smaller engine in it. Need options. There's no more options, just a giant box with a giant engine. Where's the 4 cyl? Why must it have that crew cab? Nissan really lost their way a long time ago. Must have been some real corruption in that company for that to happen. Used to make great trucks and cars

The Ridgeline gives you an almost completely flat floor under the back seat. Perfect for cargo space. Those compartments under the Nissan rear seats are a disaster for cargo utility. Nobody needs intrusive little plastic bins under the seat. Why are they there - to support the seat. The Ridgeline rear seats have a superior design eliminating those useless plastic bins. You obviously never spent any time with a Ridgeline.

Just got the 2024 Pro 4X in early August..the Super Black color..fully loaded out the door for $45k..absolutely love it so far. Here in Southwest Ohio, couldn't even touch a TRD Pro for under $60k..and didn't want a 4 cylinder turbo to boot, and with all the problems Toyota is having right now, it was an easy decision for me. Only thing I kinda miss is the telescopic steering, but certainly no deal breaker, cuz once I adjust the up down, it's fine. Was waiting to see the 2025 changes before I bought mine, but they weren't significant enough to wait, extremely happy with my purchase.

That engine is an absolute dog though. I drove one as a loaner rental when my 2019 Titan was having the radio replaced and my high mileage 4.0L Pathfinder would have eaten its lunch everywhere. It also eats as much gas a V8 Titan on highway trips. I really do not understand why the newer Nissan engines are so weak in the newer vehicles either. I had a 2012 Titan SV Sport crew cab and it absolutely destroys my 2019 in power and acceleration. My 2011 M56S Infiniti had the same V8 as the 2019, was not all that much lighter and had a 2.62:1 highway gear in the rear end and it absolutely had an insane amount of power. I feel like Nissan is not giving full throttle even with the accelerator on the floor until ~70+ MPH. The older trucks had that programming too, but it is far more noticeable and laggy in the newer trucks.
