The difference in cargo between awd and fwd likely is due to different cargo floor heights to accommodate the rear differential.

Thank you for the review. I prefer models with chassis dominating over the engine output, especially the taller vehicles that need better control due to its higher center of gravity over the power, particularly while performing emergency maneuvers when you encounter those situations. I drive an ICE CVT model that gives high 40~low 50 MPG depending the way I drive it, and I mostly appreciate its simplicity of ICE over a hybrid.

I haven't been a Nissan fan since owning a Pulsar in the 80's, but I think Nissan did a really great job with this design. Nissan is not a brand I would risk buying at this stage. There is more to owning a vehicle than just the design.

I bought a 2025 SV Premium Kicks in deep blue pearl, I loved the look of it and it has a panoramic sunroof heated seats etc. My mom liked it and the day after seeing mine she bought a bronze 2025 SV. We both like the ICC I use it pretty much daily. It has a good highway ride it has enough power for passing on those 2 lane country roads with 60mph speed limits. The auto start/stop is annoying and the button to turn it off is in a pretty awful spot.. I would also like more storage for my keys, vapes etc in the center console/front doors.. but outside of that I was very impressed for what I was able to get with $27050 on a brand new car.. I have had a lot of cars with a CVT from the Mirage, Rogue Select, 2nd and 3rd generation Outlanders and I have to say this new kicks with the updated dual pumps in the CVT is the most responsive off the line out of all other CVT’s I have experienced, the older variations of CVT’s give off a turbo lagish vibe.. I wish they would have just given us alloy wheels on SV trims though.. I have hubcap anxiety LOL, at least they don’t look like hubcaps.. I don’t think I would have purchased this car without the sunroof though, I feel like this size of car without the sunroof.. load it up with people and I think it would just get to stuffy.. Coffee breath etc it’s nice to open up the sunroof and have fresh air throughout the cabin.

Im no fan of the cvt but i rented the kia seltos and its cvt is very quiet with no hesitation greetings from southern Ontario Canada

I am a Mazda fan, but I have to admit, this Kicka got my attention. I don't like to spend more than $30K on a car because all vehicles depreciate really fast and I also don't need all that super high tech stuff, hybrid and all, because when they break, they will cost a fortune to get them fixed and replacing a battery on a hybrid is outrageously expensive! This Nissan kicks gives all the luxuries one can expect without the complications and breaking the bank. I just want to know whether this CVT transmission will last a long time. Any ideas on that? Thanks in advance.

I love cars and intend to buy many of them. what is surprising about this car is that it looks very good yet it's entry level. I would buy this if it were $50k. this car looks better than most $50k cars. so I don't care if it's missing some options and doesn't have power. there are other cars for that

I disagree with much of what you said. Way too much emphasis on speed and exceleration. People drive way to fast because they are so impatient. All the turbo crazed hoopla is insane. They want every car to be a Porche. These reviews are incredibly subjective and silly. I wish they would just describe the car features without all the dribble and goofy opinions.

Kicks is just a rebadged Juke. The "reliable" and I use that term loosely CVT is the continued downward spiral of Nissan.

The older models and their CVTs were bad, but this newer generation of Nissans have an improved reliability for their CVTs. Just change the transmission fluid every 50,000 miles and you’re good.
