With how popular reading and reading content is, sometimes it can almost make reading a chore and I imagine it's 1000x more difficult as a content creator who is trying to read what everyone else is reading. I started watching your channel a few months ago - I love the fact that you're reading the stuff you enjoy instead of reading the popular, trending books. It makes you a stand out and I feel it will make your 6k sub goal a piece of cake!

Dumb questions: on your 2024 genres read grid (about 30:50), did you make the same number of boxes for your yearly reading goal? And you have some boxes with an X and not filled in, so did you just not have a genre key for that kind of book? Or does the X mean something else but the color of the X is the genre? Like DNF or something?

My reading goal was 100 but I did more just incase and the X ones are for books I was reading for a challenge and just forgot to color in 😊

Yea I use a micheals notebook with the lines as a reading journal because of how everything can be boxed for my liking and I have used this singular notebook for like 4 years this is going to be my 4th year using it because it now is going from 2021 to 2025 or even later because of how I set things up and how much space I have left in my notebook
