There is no Nissan platform here... It's based on the Clio-Captur's CMF-B Platform

Fun fact, this engine was a join venture with Mercedes and can be found in the A class. Whilst the DCT is slowish, its also very reliable.

As a big fan of Renault cars, I’m glad you reviewed it. But in saying that, none should buy one. Because once you buy one Renault Australia have no problem with treating customers as if they are second class citizens. Mum and grand mum are very happy with their Renault Koleos’s, but when it’s come to warranty claims they have been treated like crap. So better off getting an MG I say!

Nah, Renault will be here as long as Nissan and Mitsubishi will be here. Once they launch their ute they'll become more popular. Citroen is a Stellantis brand and all Stellantis brands are shit.

Questionable reliability and longevity, distributed by ATECO so expect them to fight you on warranty, poor technical support and poor stock of spares. I could not think of a worse option to buy in this segment. Caveat Emptor.
