I just want Subaru to make a Crosstrek WRX with good handling and physical climate controls. The digital climate controls are honestly a deal breaker because the screen is already laggy straight from the factory. Imagine how bad it's going to get 5 years down the line.
@DeathTheCat79Ай бұрын
I mean the physical climate buttons on my 23 WRX premium are all that's needed to avoid using the screen. And the screen itself isn't laggy to me, least I haven't had the issues most people name when they talk about it. But I totally get where you're coming from. All the digital crap they add is unnecessary to me. Heard the new WRX is supposed to have a digital gauge which makes me livid.

I agree! That multifunction abomination is a deal breaker for me. I won't buy another Subaru until they bring back more intuitive knobs that don't require the driver's attention.

I got at 24 CTW and the screen has been great. I didn’t want a screen because of how everyone complains but I gave it a chance and it’s honestly good. People will complain about just anything.

Me too, too sad that Japan will no longer making them after 2025. We own one 2023 Crosstrek Sport and one Crosstrek 6-sp base model, so far very pleased

The most important thing for me in any car is the comfort of the seats. Are the seats comfortable in long distances?

Every trim level should come with a 2.5 or a 2.4 L turbo

Yea I agree
@Jeremyc525Ай бұрын
I'm planning on getting the base trim because it has plenty of features, and I hate that giant touch screen!!!

I am very interested in this car and am strongly considering buying one, my only reservation is that at under 200hp and less than 200lb ft of torque it's seriously under powered.
@Kragum24Ай бұрын
If you want more horsepower and torque it's an upgrade, but the 2.5 liter is usually more noisier than the 2.0 liter. I've heard quite a few 2023 and 2024 Outbacks and Foresters that have the 2.5 liter motor that sound atrocious for being so new and having such low miles. It is known that Subaru motors can be noisy, but in general, from my personal experience, most 2.0 liter Subarus are quieter than the 2.5 liter. I have a 2023 Crosstrek with the 2.0 liter motor, it has 24,000 and it is very quiet.

Underpowered with 2.0, noisy with 2.5. CVT only. Luck of physical knobs for climate control. Pricey. So... Mazda CX-30 - you are the best! )) But no towing capacity for CX-30 here, in the US. Thats the shame! ((

I think this is our XV, pretty popular here.

Yea this Subaru model is in high demand I would personally want to step up to a Premium Trim Outback but I guess some people like the small size

Do the 2025s in the United States get a heated steering wheel?

Get the 2.5L, after one year when you stop baby your new car and real driving it you gonna regret 2.0L if you chose too.

I have a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek 2.0 going on 6 months owning it. No regrets so far I didn't buy the car to go fast. I wanted decent fuel economy and all-wheel drive for the winter time. The only thing I don't like about the car so far is just the infotainment screen so slow.
@toyota420xp12 күн бұрын
From what I've seen analyzing people's real-world driving you'll get anywhere from about 4 to 6 percent better gas mileage with a 2.0 @@Steven91992

As mentioned and shown on screen, the Base and the Premium are made in Gunma Japan.
