If you raise the low beams you will be blinding oncoming drivers. High beams don’t change the light output on a single projector. When you turn on high beams it moves a glare shield to allow the light to spread out.

The headlights are supposed to have a little cut off on the left so oncoming drivers on 2 lane roads arent blinded and crash into you.

The low beam headlights are aligned too low they can be adjusted up by the dealership
