Subaru is the one brand that should have kept buttons in the interior. The average Subaru buyer likes ruggedness, not screens.

Subi! Agreed bring back the XT turbo and you wouldn’t be able to keep a Foresters on the lot. I wouldn’t mind seeing a Forester Wilderness review.

Agreed. Bring back the turbo Ben. Wheels look spectacular. No manual climate controls worry’s me. If the screen craps out, that’s an expensive fix. Having owned subys in the past, I always was impressed with the EyeSight safety system. I’ve no issues with CVT drivetrain as some people are prone to whining about it. It just works well. Yes, let’s see a side by side comparison.

YES bring back the XT Subaru! But most likely will not, the best Subaru will give us is a hybrid forester. Hopefully with more take off power than the current models.

Are the 19's with the 50 sidewall tires an issue for ride quality? Usually, 19-inch wheels and tires with so little sidewall make for a harsh ride.

Turbo ain't coming back to Forester, but the hybrid should make a huge difference to the peppiness of the drive, just like in the Tucson.

Subarus badly needs new powertrains. The Hybrids can't come soon enough. And Subaru is stubborn on keeping Boxer engines no matter what.

Subarus for the most part feel super gutless. They try to improve the look, but I thing this is one company whose "old and tried" powertrain is not a good thing.

Their turbo models feel pretty good. It just sucks that they refuse to put them in the forester and crosstrek

Clearly you have not owned one! They are extremely reliable, drive excellent, get great mileage, and have great interior fir, finish, and comfort. All the ones we have owned have gone beyond 250,000. One should not speak from a position of ignorance.

@@Subie-Driver Yeah, I clearly don't know what I am talking about. After all, I only owned four. For total of about 12 years.... I even had one you probably haven't heard about, the SVX. Subaru used to take risks. Now they just another cookie cutter brand.

Subaru is basically a cult car company, and thus owners wear rose colored glasses. I used to own a Crosstrek, and like all vehicles it had its pluses and minuses. Not enough pluses to buy another one.
