January is about Complete surrender so far. Got knocked off my feet by a flu so strong I did not know existed. Apparantly the Planet Parade had a resent in mind for me. 😅Practicing patience and being kind to myself…. Hopefully next week back on my feet again. Love to all

This is literally uncanny... I had a dream before waking this morning about a friend... Gist of it... we were away on holiday but she kept going off with other people leaving me alone and wondering where she was. I had to go looking and when I found her and asked why, she was defending and blaming everyone else but she continued going off. I woke with that awful feeling of anxiety and panic. And now just as I was listening to this video, and among other messages from this friend, she suggested we take a road trip 😳 😳. This is not usual. Just as I went back to this video you were literally saying 13:44. Wow. I am finding it alarming how quickly I am seeing and sensing behind the veil. I have always been a people pleaser so saying no or dodging a request is hard but it is totally necessary for me to put myself first. Thank you Elizabeth. Very timely.

Thank you for your wisdom and insight. Much good advice to be pondered. This will be an amazing year but I feel that many of us are realising that we still have much work to do on ourselves in order to propel ourselves into this 5D life of love and abundance. My ego has come kicking and screaming into 2025, knowing that old habits have to go and that it will have to take a back seat from this point on. A challenging time for sure but many prizes and rewards of abundance are on their way to me this year so stick to the plan I must. I really needed to hear this!! I was getting headaches, tension and anxiety from focusing on politics and social media. Unfortunately I havent been working and feeling depressed. Yesterday I practiced yoga and did a deep strech which released a lot of tension and I had a big emotional release. So finding this video this morning was my sign to keep focusing on myself. I understand completely. I am feeling a bit irritated by others noise . I avoid politics . Others drama I can do without. I'm mediating more and I am very in tune pyschically. I don't want to give my energy away anymore and waste my energy. I rarely watch tv etc. I could go weeks without talking. I grew up in a forest full of truth not lies .... trying to eat better and be true to myself. I feel that the earth balance is adjusting to the new energy father time and mother earth.
