Oh Elizabeth you would not believe how much I needed this tonight. My religious father basically said he didn't love me last night because I my spiritual beliefs he said he feared me afterlife because of what I do. Although I know he is wrong I found myself feeling very dark and depressed like the after life he was worried about he created for me with his words. This video has been such an important video for me and came at the most perfect time thank you so much.

When we are in external power mode, the subjugation and offering of personal power to leaders, authorities, and institutions is a default. And when individuals shift and retain their power, others who count on those institutions and leaders and authorities feel like they are being deprived. Because the underlying unspoken rule of the old age is “Your power is not your own. The subjugated and redirected power of others is the only power you may access.” It takes many shifts to see that the power of others is a teensy trickle and our own power is intense, eternal, and a source of immense satisfaction. And in the meantime they beg and cajole the self-governing to bleed out their power so a drop may reach them via the collective spout.
