Seen multiple places have DT Kenneth Grant fall to the 2nd Rd 🤷🏻 Bro is a Top 10 Player to me. Both Michigan DTs. 💯😳 Grant is unmovable. Impossible to Run on. Stronger imo. If we got Graham Rd 1 and Grant Rd 2 I would flip TF out because both are Stars in the making. Grant can play 3Tech or NT Day 1. There is No "This guy has gotta develop" No. He may be the Jalen Carter of this draft. He's playing Nose so, not getting to show off his pass rush but he beats 2 guys very often. Just a Plug and Play Lenord Williams or Commanders All Pro that has to play NT. There is no Dexter has to develop to this guy, no offense to Dex, but both Michigan DTs come in better imo and Grant at 3 Tech is gonna be very very good. Your not signing DTs anymore. You gotta draft a few imo. Corleone later is a great NT prospect. You want guys who can play the 2 Run downs and stay in with pass rush ability for the 3rd Down. Corleone is that. But Mason in terms of Strength at Point of Attack, Kenneth Grant is the best control the line DT since who? Johnathan Allen? 😳 At NT I would say he's a 5-7 Sack guy. 3Tech a 10-15 Sack guy but Nobody will beat him, Nobody will run on him, and he has Elite Pass Rush. Just always playing NT so it's hard to scout. I watched so much Michigan 📼 cause those 2. Could be the best 2 players in the Draft imo. Not as high on the Penn St DE, guys got him 2-3, I have a late 1st early 2nd so. I watched Illinois 6th Rd Tackle take him out of a game at Penn St which, @ Illinois Illini win that game. Horrible calls. Same OL couldn't move against Michigan up the middle. Beat Michigan yes, but Illinois was the better team vs Penn St too. So you comp how did this guy do coming in. Stewart I like but he can't set an Edge so for him to pass rush Kenneth Grant is also protecting the run at the DE. 😳🚨 Again, Controls the DL at the point. We have Nobody like that, not even Billings does that. Gets in their Anchor and you can't move em. Gives the rest the DL 1 v1 and pressure. Then once Grant sees it's in the backfield with his size, he has really good pass rush ability. Watch when they Flip em and Graham is at NT (He doesn't get moved much either 😅) and Grant is at 3 Tech. He looks like a Nfl All Pro 3 Tech. Harbaugh definitely can coach. His 2 College DTs are better than our Nfl DTs. And he was gone this year. Think on that development wise.

I've been the main 1 in here saying look at LT in the 1st, still agree 💯. Are you ok with a Minnesota LT out a year? I'm not. Tho the best CB in college 🏈 falls to Rd 3 or 4 from Michigan after being out the season I'm cool adding that type of talent later when hurt. My main study on the top 2 LTs is their Reach and how they use it. Leno would be Elite at LG/RG. College film he was used downfield alot and was a Bowling Ball just taking out pins. 😅💯 But Slide, Bend, Length, They look like they have it. Do they have Strength? Pry more the Lsu kid Bears should steal their trainer. Heard both have worries tho. Banks is Braxton Jones today 🤷🏻 If bro was in college, he's likely a Top 15 pick this year, like our 5th last year, we got Braxton years early. Same as Booker. Banks I worry about the same thing a Trainer should develop for Brax. Anchor. Don't worry about the Lsu kids base as much. The arm length I'm watching, if that's there, guy is a Blue 🔵

The other good thing about drafting trenches is you don’t have to start over with the x’s and o’s. Also, you back them up with a couple big league Defensive guys in FA and you can pick up without going backward. All predicated on a very good coaching staff.

when Bears lost Brisker and Billings, the defense fell apart. I dont know what Billings injury affects his 2025 status, but Bears need those 2 back. But we obviously need a DT AND an EDGE, plus 2 or 3 starters on the OL. Yeah that KC Guard would be a great start. We saw vs the 49ers that the middle of the DL disappeared on many plays. 1st round DT who is a monster against the run is a priority. OG in round 2 is a priority.

Man, the last couple have weeks could have broken much better for our draft position. Really thought the Jets could have pulled off that win and was hoping for the Titans to win as well. Getting a top 7 draft pick would go along way to potentially trading down or getting a real blue chip talent.

Either of the two top tackles would be great. Moving Jones inside and resigning Jenkins and moving him to right guard where he belongs is good. Wright and Banks gives them the bookend top 10 tackles they have not had since Covert and Van Horn. The last piece needed would be a long term Center.

Wow, with that win Jacksonville went from 1st overall to 5th? That must be some exceptionally bad tie breakers...
@robhansen63702 күн бұрын
It took JAX from 2 to 3 wins, so they're in a different group with NE and CAR. In that group they have the strongest strength of schedule, SOS is the first (and usually the final) tie-breaker, after that it's divisional record, then conference record and finally a coin flip. It's counter-intuitive, but a lower SOS score wins the tie-breaker so JAX goes from 3 to 5. Bad news, the Bears have the highest SOS amongst the teams vying for these top draft spots, which means they won't win any tie-breakers.

Everything about the new HC will play heavily on who gets selected in each position group. And i don’t like ‘any’ of the guys on this list for at least a few good reasons re, each guy. I’ve started out the box thinking of ‘making’ a match with Ron Rivera and one of the top 3 OC’s in college like the guy from Oregon
@346rtКүн бұрын
i realize many want the next wizz OC or a cave man like his HC but i think Rivera has cred. with super charging Lovie’s D to take that team to the Super Bowl and then going back with his own guys at Carolina. His list of balanced understanding with a young and creative OC could work very well. If i couldn’t get McVey i’d want that unless there is someone else capable with NFL. cred.

Poles needs to be fired for how inept his roster has been to support CW. There is zero excuse for endangering our QB like this. There's no depth on the Offensive line and the starters aside from Jenkins and Wright are backups anywhere else. Jones looked terrible. He lucked into Williams. Aside from contracts that haven't crippled this team and actually having our draft capital intact, Poles has vastly underperformed.
