Lol, you clowns can joke Toyota all you want for having one major recall that only 1% of 100 thousand vehicles were affected but it’ll never change the fact that Ford Chevy and trash Dodge has always been complete trash and always will. So people like me will sit back and watch Toyota sales go out the roof like they do every single year and I’ll drive my Trd pro more American made than any one of the big three. I’ll leave on this note. I feel very very prideful driving a truck that’s made and assembled here in United States and over 70% of its parts are also made in United States unlike Ford Chevy Dodge which 30 to 40% at the most are made here in the US and have the worst warranty in the industry. They probably order sheen parts to slap on those shit boxes. You clowns are no longer Americans driving those fake American trucks. GTFOH

If discounts come they need to be at least 20%. If you run the numbers on buying a new Tundra then running KBB on the value it drops about 20% to 25%. That is why I'm saying at least 20%...

That’s a great SR5 with the TRD Lift , Pro Grill and loaded. I love it when dealerships order SR5 Tundra and Tacomas then load them up. Congrats on the baby and I completely understand the sticker, payment shock with new cars and trucks. I’ve actually just been considering a fleet Tacoma that is just a stripped SR long bed with a manual transmission. My payments would be half or less than my dream Tundra. As for lease v/s finance is not renting, it’s a way to pay off 1/2 the vehicle and have an option to buy or get another vehicle. Depends on the dealership and the financing/lender. I have had great experiences leasing and bought my car after and received additional money from manufacturer financing. I’ve turned in leases and turned it into a new lease at a same payment for a newer car. The best way I ever bought was getting 1.9% interest on a new car.

I bought a ‘25 platinum TRD off road on Dec 29th. As I was negotiating and talking to the sales manager he said they were going not have many Tundras moving forward because Toyota were allocating engines to the recall and not building many new ones. Part of me thought it was just sales tactic but might be some truth in it.

Thank You for your videos. You have been a great help in deciding on which Tundra to get for my wife and I. How come Toyota removed the HUD and 360 camera view from The TRD Pro? I had my local dealer send a link of their TRD in transit and didn’t see it on the options. I asked about if those options were on the truck and it turns out that those are no longer options for 2025. Total Bummer, I guess I will look out for a used one. Have you heard if this is a permanent change or if it is only temporarily not available

A lease is safe way to be a vehicle. When you get to near the end of your lease you have options buy, sell or trade. If the market is strong you may have equity or if it’s weak turn it in. Remember on a lease you’re financing the depreciation of the vehicle.

Consumer Reports now has the F-150 rated #1. Sad. Hopefully the Tundra ratings are lagging due to 22-24 engine failures. The Honda CRV turbo was like that - poor ratings and then back on top a few years later once Honda figured out the cold weather issues. Toyota, you are now on year 3. Hopefully no 2025 issues.
