Hey guys. My audio is not sped up and I am talking normal. This video sounds entirely normal to me. I have had some extremely rude comments telling me that they will no longer watch me and they don’t like my voice over this video. First of all it’s a new year y’all. Let’s be nice. It’s not that hard. Second of all I have feelings. I have blocked every rude comment and I will continue to do so. If you don’t like the way I talk that’s ok but just move on. There is no reason to be hateful.

I have been watching your videos for years now! Absolutely love your content. You have influenced me to buy that living room rug and also the cordless bissell mop vac! As a mom of 2 under 2 who also works full time with a two hour daily commute, this saved me in keeping clean floors! Do you think the bissell mop vac would clean my rug, or should I go with a carpet cleaner? My rug needs brought back to life. 😅

I am genuinely happy when a friend gets something new. I love it when a friend finds something that they have been looking for. I have had friends that just can’t be happy for someone else. It is truly sad. Your house looks so beautiful and fresh. I am inspired to declutter the closets in the bedrooms. It is so easy to ignore the closets because the door is shut. Hey! I’ve made a conscious decision for the last year and a half to continuously declutter as I go through a space. It’s surprisingly quick and easy when you declutter a space as you go. After Christmas, I was so glad to see my house in a much serene environment. Maybe it’s because I’m getting older but I’m enjoying less and less overly decorated things in my house. Happy new year!

You had me looking all around your office like where’s the Xmas tree candles 😂 and yes my ten year old has a friend like that when she shows her things . My daughter loves showing hauls and loves seeing what her friends got and is never jealous . And gets excited . This friend does not . I tried explaining to her it comes from a place of insecurity. Granted the girl is 10, but these traits usually roll into adulthood unfortunately. 😵‍💫anyway, great video Jess! Happy new year! 🎉

Great video! I love/hate when all the Christmas stuff comes down. I did leave a few “winter” themed items out. My house was super deep cleaned after Christmas because at 4:30 in the morning my dog decided she needed to chase a skunk 🦨 and got sprayed

Love your content. I do think as women we shouldn't be judging other womens' messy homes, unless we're also going to offer to help them clean. My home would get very messy during the worst of my postpartum depression days, and with no help around, it sometimes felt impossible. If people would randomly show up it would make me feel 10x worse knowing it was being judged and gossiped about. Just some food for thought. X

Like I mentioned, I was not talking about messy. I was talking about filthy. Feces, mold ect. In which case as women we should not be saying “it’s ok we understand”. Kids don’t deserve to live in those conditions. There is a difference. That what I said just to be clear. I’m not judging a messy home. I’m judging a filthy one.

But it happens in real life sometimes, to some people that are just as well-meaning : ( if that was my sibling or friend, I would ask them if they were doing okay first, then offer to help where I could. If this was a friend who has never been like this before than I would be jumping in and helping and getting to the bottom of what’s going on. That’s not the case with these women. They’ve lived like this for years and allowed their children to lay in beds covered in feces and urine. No one can convince me that any amount of depression makes that acceptable. There are just some things there is no excuse for. These women have found that by posting this they can make money and so now they do it on purpose. 😭😭😭 they allow their kids to live in filth on purpose in order to make content they earn $$ from. I think you should go to TikTok and see what I am talking about because I do not think you are understanding what I am saying. I’m a very understanding person but with this I am absolutely not. 😢

A few weeks before Christmas my husband and I were really exhausted with work and life in general that one weekend we put our phones on do not disturb and put them down. We did not touch them until Sunday night around 8pm. Let me tell you we spent time together and took many much needed naps. I went back to work the following Monday and felt like a million bucks. It's definitely okay to put the phone down and go live your life.

You are so right. I work full time and my house still is spotless. There is no excuse. I also have 5 kids living in my house and a husband and 5 dogs. No excuse at all for a filthy house. Gross. Also I’m the same way with Christmas I love that reset feeling of no more clutter and fresh clean. I had my Christmas down on the 26th. I still have some wrapping paper though I need to get in the shed lol.

My daughter sent me a tik tok link of a woman’s account and she said mom look at this persons house and refrigerator. I just about puked. I’m not perfect and my home is a lived in home. But I couldn’t imagine letting my house look like that.I’m also not one to judge someone. i understand depression and anxiety, is something i struggle with severally especially when I found out I had breast cancer. Chemo kickes my butt and there are days I can’t get out of bed but never could I justify my home looking that bad and it’s every room in this person’s house. I have a dog and kids yet I wouldn’t let my dog walk in that house. I’ve been diagnosed with OCD since I was 12 and it’s just not wanting to keep my house clean either. I wish but I struggle with germs and just the way my brain processes things. I wipe my dogs paws and other areas with a baby wipe after he uses the potty. A friend of mine told me I was crazy and I said the next time you let your dog on your bed after he comes in from being outside wipe him down and see everything that comes off him and tell me you want that in your home. I couldn’t imagine not wiping when I used the restroom or cleaning my feet if I walked in dirt and mud. My daughter said mom could you imagine what their bathroom looks like, sure enough they posted it and she had to sent it to me haha.

It’s almost like all the silent pauses between sentences were edited out and the next sentence sometimes almost overlaps the last one. This is not a complaint. I love your videos and content. I have never heard this in any of your other videos. I kept looking to see if I had increased the speed accidentally. And I prefer fast talking over slow - it just sounds like an editing issue.

I watch AuriKatariina here on YT and she cleans houses for free for people in need. People who came out of terrible situations, struggle with PTSD, lost loved ones and fell into crippling depression, disabled people, etc. She does amazing job because those houses sounds like what you described seeing on Tik Tok, if not worse. But if those women on TikTok are physically and mentally capable of taking care of their homes, and they are purposefully letting their kids sleep on mattresses with feces, that's just beyond sick to me! Is the money THAT good to risk their children's health for it??

I’ve seen those types of videos too and it’s so nice to see people doing that for others! It’s also very satisfying. I think these women are just like this and they found they can profit from it so they are just sticking with it. It’s like they get groceries and throw the bags on the floor, eat a meal and leave everything unwashed and laying around, throw trash on the floor and when you live like that it doesn’t take long for your house to be disgusting. These women are not even doing the bare minimum 😫 and they are stay at home Mom’s so they don’t have anything else to be doing 😒
