Madam, Please check at Time stamp 0.53 seconds for Rahu / Ketu placement for Taurus moon sign/Ascendant. For Taurus Rahu is currently in the 11th house and Ketu is in the 5th house. The upcoming transit will bring Rahu to 10th house and Ketu to 4th house and not 9th house/3rd house as you say in the video. Regards.
