Its better than the 2025 4-cylinder turbo 4runner for sure-thanks Honda for keeping it simple with the V6 power plant.

My Insight also has buttons for the transmission, and I find it more convenient than a traditional automatic transmission shifter. With buttons, you never miss a gear, and they don’t stick out from the center console.

The Honda V6 is a smooth , and a real workhorse of an engine. It has been in Honda's lineup for over 2 decades. Probably the best on the market today. toyota made a big mistake by getting rid of their reliable V6.

I love absolutely everything about it minus the price…mid 40s for the starting trim on a 2 row is ridiculous when I could get a 1-2 year old 3 row in the 30 range. Maybe I’ll wait till these get to the 30 range in 2 years

I’m not a Honda fan, but as soon as I saw this, I started to really consider it until I saw the PRNDL and now I hate it please just add a regular shifter

yes - but this car looks like past versions of itself (which pre-date the sport) - so perhaps Ford was taking styling cues from past Hondas.....I think this looks better - primarily due to its size.

Ok, the new-gen Honda Passport, Honda does their own thing, and it seems to work for them, targeting real off-roading machines like the Jeep Wrangler (midsize body-on-frame 4x4) or Grand Cherokee 2-row (midsize unibody 4x4), Toyota Land Cruiser or 4Runner (midsize, both body-on-frame), and the Ford Bronco (midsize body-on-frame), the question is, is anyone asking Honda to build a off-roader or is this just Honda saying look at us

Why didn't Honda bring the Passport into South East Asia? I am sure it would sell like hotcake! This is much hotter than the Fortuner or Everest. It is much more dependable than the 2 I mentioned. This 2025 Passport would surely appeal to buyers in the Philippines because of its rugged and mascular look but still elegant in overall appearance. Honda doesn't bring its US model to the Philippines like its pick-up truck the Ridgeline. Filipinos would surely love the variety and not only settle in the CRV.
