Thank you for explaining everything. Is that the same process to make bands for inlaying or are they bands soldered on?

An inlay style band is going to be a bit different. It typically involves making 4 rings (The inner sleeve, two outer rims, and the inlay band itself.) I have a video on that process here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rIndap-rrJ2BapIsi=-G1aJZzRMieLp53A
