I would like to thank you for the way you run both your yoga and meditation sessions. They really add to the other things I do and support me and therefore the work I so working to 'give' support and empower families in complex and difficult situations. Very much like you have smiled at me, I them and so on until a smile you receive tomorrow may have started because of the smile I received from you in Australia to me in Bristol, UK travelling. Have a delightful evening, whatever it involves.

Making a commitment to do this several times per week. It's really made a difference for me in being able to let go and not take things too personally, especially at work. Thank you for your wonderful work, Paula.

Thank you for sharing Anna, these practices can be challenging and sitting with difficult emotions/feelings. The important thing is to continue to be kind to yourself and that you have noticed those feelings. Lots of love and thanks for taking the time to practice xox p

Yes that definitely can feel like one of the most challenging aspects of this practice - it can be a real struggle initially but you may notice this shift over time.

Feels like pouring love into a bottomless empty cup.... it is really hard... and in some sense pointless But I dont doubt the benefits for myself of being able to be generous
