Here you go guys, another workout from our ‘Train with Trenic’ series. Today we will be bringing you a 20min Full body workout. This DSD workout uses isomeric static holds coupled with dynamic movements to target the lower body, upper body and core.
The introduction of static holds in this workout will help to improve activation of core muscles, increase flexibility and balance as well as supporting good posture.
You will first perform the dynamic exercise for 30 seconds then straight into a static hold for a further 30 seconds then return to dynamic for the final 30 seconds. You. An then take a much needed 30 second rest before moving onto the next working set.
