We are excited to bring you a new Train With Trenic Workout. This workout is titled COMBAT CARDIO and will consist of 10 exercises performed for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest. This full body circuit will be completed twice. The exercises are paired with punches and kicks allowing us to draw upon our extensive Taekwon-Do, Kickboxing and Boxing experience. We had a great time filming this one....We hope you enjoy it to.
There will be high impact exercises throughout this workout so please remember to stretch and warm up fully before joining in.

SIDE STEP LEG SWINGS
SIT UP PUNCHES
4x PUNCHES + PRESS UP
5x PULSES + JUMP DOUBLE PUNCH
ALTERNATE LEG SQUAT TURNING KICKS
HIGH KNEES + ALTERNATE LEG SIDE KICKS
PRESS UP PLANK + ALTERNATE PUNCHES
Repeat circuit twice
