I can't believe that I convinced my mom to do this exercise with me 💖 even after we finished she told me that she want to do this more often 💖 I need to have more exercise since I'm in the military and I do this kinds of exercise for fun, but I'm really proud of my mom that she wanted to exercise with me .. thank you guys keep doing your work! 💖

I think it would be good if the movements can be recorded from the side as well, for us to check if our posture is correct or not😊

I really enjoy your home walking videos. It has been my "to do priority" when I come back home from work. It helps me relieve the stress and tiredness from work and to relax while exercising my body and I feel instantly better and with a lighter mood. I look forward to doing this one too 💯❤️

Can you make a video for people who have issues like ruptured discs, herniated discs, and arthritis in the spine; bone-on-bone knee pain because the cartilage is gone? We want to exercise too!!

I started this workout 12/ 7 /20 the next day I was so sore I kept working out today 12/14/20 I feel so much better. This will be my early morning 20 min get started workout for the day. Thank You.

요즘 30분 40분짜리만 하다가 방식을 바꿔서 상체 하체 간단히 하고 20분짜리로 하니까 이것도 좋네요 계속 홈트 재밌게 하고 있어요ㅋ

And find out what Chuseok is 🙃 your workouts keep me fit LOL if this is not enough, do it again, still not enough, go do one of Louis's lol, I stárt with Louis every day, then do a few of yours abs challenge and walking workouts. theone with Chaegi chegi is a favorite, Louis wearing sweatbands, that look like pianokeys 😅 Good fun, Hwaiting! 감사함니다

I like almost all your walk at home routine! Bcs it's not only a walking workout, but you add some easy to medium strength training. So it's kinda refreshing and not boring. Keep up the good work oppa-deul & unnies out there
