@@bel.dibujos yes I was repeat this video for get 60 minutes, usually i mix with another video like this because they are have a lot of video workout, but you don't have to follow me because everyone's body condition is different, so you have to know where your body is capable.

I am 62 years old. I have had a major surgery and found it hard to exercise. I have just started your exercise routine, and while it is not easy to do much at a time I am enjoying the work out. Thank you for your hard work and th e workouts. Great job! Love you guys keep it up!

listen ladies every body type is different, don' t get discourage when you don't see the result you want, it takes time. The main goal is to be persistent! I never really thought I wanted to get "fit" as in the abs especially, but I'm getting old as well and I knew I need a change. I need to lose weight but I didn't know I could get abs or at least have my sushi roll stomach turning into some concave lines. Im not there yet but after one week I started noticing some definition, You can do it!!!!!!!!

Good for you 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 Another good point to note is .. the foods we take in can either hinder or help us. Change of diet is necessary Makes no sense exercising and you’re eating unhealthily or not eating at all And also .. DRINK WATER!

Agree with you. Im already changing what I'm eating bc I do want to eat more healthy and not starve, so korean food and japanese are really good idea, lots of flavor and veggies. Good luck girls

I've been doing the 30m workout with my aunt everyday for two weeks and I've already lost 2kg. My legs are slimmer and my stomach flatter. We love these walk workouts!!!! They're so good!!! Please make one a little bit harder :)

@@andreannemartin639 Only this workout, I alternate between the 20m/30m. I changed my way of eating two months ago (more healthy, no sugar and no soda) but I didn't see any results (not even 1kg...) until I started this daily workout.

I've been doing this for only 2-3 times a week. At first I only managed to finish a third of the exercise before giving up, then on the 2nd week I managed only 2/3 of the exercise. It's the first day of the 3rd week and I finally managed to finish the whole video! It really is a small achievement but I'm so proud of myself right now, since I hate doing exercise the most lol. Thank you for all the instructor, it's been fun :)

САМЫЕ ДЛИННЫЕ 30мин в моей жизни. Не ну вроде кажется что не трудно и вообще легкие упражнение ,но тогда почему мое тело просто утопает в поту !?😂 Вообще большое спасибо ,что подняли мою ленивую задницу со стула и я все таки сделала это , и сейчас я просто горю ЭНЕРГИЕЙ И ЧУВСТВО БУДТО МОГУ ВСЁ. I love that this is such a low impact, silent workout so I can do it early without disturbing anyone. It can't replace krav but it's keeping me in shape, gets me sweating and works me out, while class is closed. Thank you guys! I love all your workouts but this one is great.

D6 and I finally have some favourite moves: Hammer Squat, Both Punch variations. Also grateful for that one of you is shirtless during the cuff exercise not always so sure that am doing the right movements. Double-check with his body for physical cues. On to the next one

Hi, i'm from Rio de Janeiro- Brazil. This year has been tought on me, one of the reasons whas that i cought COVID 19. After 40 days of harsh symptoms, they softened gradualy. I tried getting back to exercising but i felt sick! I've gain weight ☹ I kept trying to exercise... but even when i did light exercises, i felt my knees hurt... 😥 Today, i did it with you guys!! Im so happy i wanna cry! 🥰 Thank you! S2 *the comments, the elucidating ones and the playfull ones, were great! Realy helpped me! I just tried this out recently, and I would say that I love these this! since I can't do push ups and other types of heavy exercise because of an accident that happened in my collarbone. I'm glad i found this exercise routine

I love how you're explaining and showing us how to do each exercise! Some people in other channels that don't do that also switch so quickly between the exercises and I'm a little slow with processing things😅. So this is perfect

im drenched in sweat, this was such a good workout! loved that it was an standing one, because some times if you do exercises on the floor, your hands get sweaty and you might slip, so that's why I liked this one!

어우 일하고 집에 들어와서 딱 30분만 따라하면 하루종일 일하느라 쌓인 근육뭉침들이랑 지방들이 풀려나가는 것 같아요 !! 너무 시원하고 난이도도 몇번만 따라하면 충분히 따라 할 수있을 법해서 너무 좋아요!!

저 이걸로 시작해서 킥복싱 카디오 홍등이님 나오는거까지 아주 열심히 했어요. 열심히 먹고 열심히 운동하고 5개월째인데 85~6에서 67.9로 감량 성공하고 아직도 꾸준히 한답니다. 목표는 65키로... 홈트는 무조건 올발란스... 현재 제 인생을 변화시켜준 최고의 홈트 영상... 제임스를 특히 좋아하는 왠지 연배가 비슷해보여서 ㅎㅎ 여러분 감사드려요 ㅎㅎ

After two months of lockdown I finally started exercising and that was this morning with you guys! I used to run and bike a lot but the lockdown has made me lose all motivation but this morning it was fun getting back into exercising with you guys. Thank you.

Because of a leg injury I can only watch at the moment. Thank you James, Ryo, Mark & ​​Louis for 30 minutes of great entertainment during my quarantine. I'll catch up on all exercises when I'm fit ... hopefully in 2 weeks. ♥

For some reason YT recommended me this channel and today it's the first time I actually attempt to follow the exercises and I can't complain, they made it fun, easy to follow and you do break a sweat, even more than when I go running. I'm gonna add your videos as a workout routine for now on!

I love this exercise because I have a chronic pain in my shoulders and I can't do most of the regular workouts like push ups etc. it really motivated me to work out every two days thank you guys for uploading this it really helped me in so many ways🙏🏻☺️💜💜

I've been doing the first set of this workout + 50 jumping jacks + 30s blank + 10 slow burpees + 30 abs before going to bed, I eat normaly and don't abuse of sweet and portions ( I did this since 5 days and I've lost 1.5 kg Je vous remercie vraiment pour poster ces vidéos ! Ça m'aide aussi à pratiquer mon anglais et mon coréen

@@sm10003 When I did the workout I did changes in my alimentation to. I think this is a good workout to reinforce your muscles and I lose 0.5 kg in 1 week ( It's pretty good if you consider that in 2 weeks it's recommended to lose 1 kilo max. ) But I don't do this workout set anymore. I composed my proper workout that I do 15 minutes before going to bed. I do exercises that I'm able to do properly because I have a low stamia and cardio , and I do exercices that I can do at home , indoor without making a sound. Each week I tried to add an different exercise. The yoga works to for beginers. My results : I'm a teenage girl with severe anemia who gained 12 kilos in 2 months. After workouts and alimentary changes I lose 6 kilos in 3 months. I have to lose 4.5 kilos now and it's a challenge. The secret it's to do some routine workout every day. So if you don't lose weight you stabilize it for the day.

I just wanted to say these walking workouts have been really great for me lately. I have an injured hamstring, so high-impact workouts are not great for me right now. When I came across these, I was super happy because they’re forgiving on my hamstring, but still a good, strong workout to keep me in shape while I heal! Much love from the US

This video was amazing!! I thought it would be something light and easy to do, but this exercise actually made me sweat and I really enjoyed it. You guys surprise me every video and continue to do it with these stay at home exercise routines. I think it's super helpful to have the clock running,the bell that tells you when to switch and the 10 sec break in between exercises. Outstanding work, keep it up!!!🤗

I absolutely LOVE your workout routine. I haven't worked out since August (yes shame on me). This was a great routine after being a couch potato for so many months. I was able to keep up without stopping and I did sweat a lot. Thank you sooooo much.

I like this workout! I had a severe ankle injury last year and since then I am unable to do my usual workouts as it causes pain and swelling to my ankle. But, this workout was gentle on my ankle!! 👍🏻👍🏻🤗🤗
