JOY is the wild story of a family across four generations centered on the girl who becomes the woman who founds a business dynasty and becomes a matriarch in her own right. Betrayal, treachery, the loss of innocence and the scars of love, pave the road in this intense emotional and human comedy about becoming a true boss of family and enterprise facing a world of unforgiving commerce. Joy is SUCH a great story!! Also, Joy is SO right that it can be VERY CONFUSING to have an "inventive" personality, and everyone is telling you/others to do TECHNICAL fields, instead of business. Sounds like she wasn't told to do business and I understand that because it happened to me, too, and still does. Also, I hope more movies like this exist because according to WeFunder, entrepreneurship has reduced 70% for those under 30 since 1989. 10.5% to 3.5%... I believe this. Say there are 40+ people in an accounting club, then go to the entrepreneur club, and there are like 6 people. We need start ups... Also, people who are artistic/creative aren't being told that they can use their skills of innovation in business.
