Hey I am from London, and recently started getting closer to God, during the firstt lockdown I did the 21 day fast and it inclined me more in the aspect of getting to know God and understanding his word etc. I am doing it again now in December, but I am practically doing it for the whole month, my birthday is on Christmas and I was planning to just do it until then, but I've decided after my birthday to get right back into it until January 1st, I wanted to ask do you abstain from watching tv aswell? Because me I don't listen to music, watch tv, not on any social media I just reply.to my friend who message me majority of them have my number anyways, but yes I haven't thought about changing my diet, but I am not listening to music watching tv or on any social media, and I can say God is alive and working. { question: is it only social media you abstain from}
