Hey folks! In this second film in my 21 Days Later series of health and lifestyle films I'll be trialling a vegetarian diet for 3 weeks and assessing the weight and well-being impacts that going vegetarian had on me.
In the film I have the challenge of working both at home and abroad and travelling around the UK, doing so on a vegetrian diet. It wasn't always easy and it did get repetitive, at time I got a bit fed up...but I stuck to it completely. Watch the film until the end to see how I get on. Vegetarian as you can only eat some like eggs, though most vegetarian food has sugar and salt so it's not very healthy but this food you had looks delicious! I tried do that routine three years ago but it didn't workout due to headaches and lack of muscles plus it's not worth it. that's lesson to humans all about balance diet. Interesting to see your job there as well.

Thanks Aaron, I didn't enjoy vegetarian, but i'm now doing Vegan nd enjoying it more as it is a lot healthier. Film out in July!

I clicked on this thinking it was going to be about zombies ;) Oh stu dhal is vegi its not what i'd call healthy but damn its probably the best thing you can eat as a vegitarian, its up there with having a big steak (I'm not a vegetarian). Currently I've gone a bit pescatarian, took up fishing and got super lucky last friday and got two 5lb sea bass out, eating like a king.

Hi Steve, a 5lb sea bass is amazing, well done. I didn't really enjoy vegetarian, but i'm now trying vegan and enjoying it a lot more, although it's more effort. Film out in July!! PS. I don't think dahl is that bad :)

Fun fact a mushroom is achull a sort of meat if u look in to why then vegetarians shouldn't achully eat mushrooms lol

@@MossHomeandGarden they are something to do with vegetarians shouldn't eat them a place that grows and sells mushrooms all over the world told me this before but I can't achully remember what was said 😂
