@@kamilsobolak3316 Although I am using a DIY water level controller at my house with around 8 meters of CAT5 Lan cable connected directly to the GPIOs and it is working well without any problem. You first try connecting your cable directly to GPIOs. My guess is, it should work. In case you face any problem, then you can use a logic level shifter/convertor to amplify the signal. Use its 5V side to connect your long wire and connect the 3.3v side to the microcontroller side. I had tried this too in the past and it had worked fine with longer cables...

Hello my friend. Really need your help. I just bought some sonoff basic switches which are a newer model PCB. These are labelled Sonoff RF R2 V1.3 on the PCB. The chip is the ESP8285, but the circuit layout is DIFFERENT to what you show in your videos. What we need to know is where the GPIO connections are for this board? Do you have an updated video for this revision? Many thanks

@@nikinik3583 @Niki Nik Although the best pins that don't do fast switching while bootup are GPIO3, 12, 13, 14 but they are already used by Sonoff. So if we want to add more relays we will have to accept the fast switching with them . 😀
