I’m gonna be completely honest. I had tennis today, and we were playing in 90 degree weather, and it felt like 103 degrees with the sunlight reflecting off the court. My coach is a very strict person, and as a result of his relentless coaching and telling us to run, I ended up feeling very nauseous and horrible.
