This was perfect! I’m babying a hamstring/glute injury, and really need a bit of bounce in my life (gentle bounce right now). I loved the strength/upper body work, while still getting in some rebounder time. Thank you so much!!! 🎉

Another favourite for me , l love a mix of cardio and weights, my biceps and triceps were like jelly by the end 🥵always a sign of a good workout, and you both always make me smile....especially the word clammy 😂😂

Was wondering what size rebounders you two are using here. Trying to decide between 40 and 48”

So we have 2 different brands here. Scott is on the premium Bellicon which is 49” and is made of chrome. An amazing brand and definitely well worth the investment. I’m on the leaps and rebounds 48”. Both our links for these brands are in the description below and discounts for some of the trampolines we use. Hope this helps

@@sanfranfitness Unfortunately our instructor had to stop holding classes due to personal reasons, plus declining membership. I've found another group locally so I'll see what they are like, but we'll keep up with the sanfran videos as they are a help keep us active, especially with Christmas coming, we need it to stave off the bloat! 🤣

This is the other workout I did with my girl this morning. Definitely have to decrease weight with the extra repetitions. It’s a great quick burner for the arms! 🤩

How can I find your workouts which only include weights whilst actually on the rebounder? I tried the website free trial but I still wasn't able to find the workouts. I only want to do rebounding with weights and no e.g floor work

On the website everything is categorised, even the rebounding bubble. There is a section that says weights, I’m not quite sure how you missed it. We have a video on the website homepage that even says to watch so that you can navigate yourself around the site easily. Also on here everything is put into playlist and you look for the one that says weights rebounding. Go to the playlist button at the top of our home page. Hope this helps.

@@sanfranfitness thanks I have seen that but it still includes workouts that have floor work off the rebounder with weights or booty bands. I just wanted to find actual rebounding only with weights and not anything else included.

@@kara8673 you will have to look at the videos in the weighted playlist then and read the caption to see what the video offers. We have over 400 free workouts available so there’s plenty of choice!
