I like your exercise music it lets you concentrate on the moves and you feel you are in an action movie. The music goes with the moves. It gives you a clue n the exercise. Cool.

Appreciate these 20 minute Tabata workouts. Have an old, broken foot injury that still annoys when I work for extended periods several days in a row. When I feel my ankle/foot beginning to feel fragile, I turn to your Tabata routines. Especially appreciate the 10 second rest utilizing rocking which keeps my heart up but gives my feet the needed break. Even if I did not have foot problems, the 20 minute sets are so very perfect for my time schedule. As always, you are on the beat and the music is engaging with a strong, driving tempo. Thanks for teaching to our right; much appreciated.

This is the 2nd day of my "Not tried before "workouts. And my life I picked a goodie. How am i feeling.....Yes , knackered 😂🥵But in a satisfying pat myself on the back if i had the energy,kind of way. 20 seconds may seem easy but with the speed of this workout , it was enough for me. 😂 The moves were just great...challenging but doable. I can honestly say i loved it. Will definitely try again and add some light weights here and there. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Hi, I’ve been looking at quite a few rebounder videos and you’re is one of a few I prefer. I’d like to look at yours regularly, but I’d like to make a request and hope it doesn’t offend you. Is it possible to change the music( if you could call it that) ? Suggestions: Afrobeat, reggae, salsa? I only ask cause of course people have their likes and dislikes for music but what for someone who might dislike music it may not bother them as much as me. Like it’s really intense for me. It sounds like electronic stuff. Also when the music is sounding really good for me at least it gives me more joy and therefore stamina. I apologized if I’ve offended you. Just thought I’d put it out there.

Hi there. No offence taken. Have you tried any of our recent workouts? KZbin is incredibly strict on music and copyrighting and if you want to monetise videos then you have to abide by their rules, which means picking music is a completely nightmare. Over the last year my husband had now been making our own music which is why I asked if you have tried any of our newer workouts? He is learning as we go so see what you think to his music and hopefully that will be better to your liking. All the best Claire 😊

@@jahmallajaima you would only need to mute it if you don’t like his style of music! We have a new workout tomorrow so maybe a take a look at that and then work your way back from there. If you choose videos at the top of our homepage it will then list our videos in the order they were released. So the videos at the top are the newest ones out. This video you don’t like was actually the last video using a company called Monster Cat. Any video made after this is now with my husbands music so you have 18 months worth of videos to check out 😁

What brand of rebounder do you use/recommend?

Rachel Kreamer hi there. We are using a JumpSport 370 pro in most of our videos. These are a bungee cord rebounder and we would highly recommend these over a sprung trampoline. We currently have a 15% discount code with JumpSport on any of there 300 or 500 series until the end of August. SANFRAN15 can be used BUT only if you live in the states. Failing that we have also recently been given a Leaps and Rebounds trampoline to try out as well. This is also a bungee cord. What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions kzbin.infoUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.
