Starting low with weights is a really good start! I also wanted to get back into weight lifting this past year and ended up in the hospital with rhabdo for overworking myself. I definitely didn’t know that was a thing either! But I’m rooting you on this year! Good luck!💕

It looks like you are on the right track and will have a great year in 2021! I was in a similar situation as you with anxiety about 2 years ago and did a lot of the resolutions you listed and it really helped me! My New Years resolution is to wake up about an hour earlier to dedicate to meditation, journaling, yoga, and eating a good breakfast.

Hey Lauren! Love these goals you have for 2021 :) Would you still want to live in NYS if you move out this year? Also, just another tip: selling on multiple websites helps you sell your unwanted items faster :) I've been selling on Mercari and ThredUp and items sell faster on there than Poshmark in my opinion

I would probably move closer to NYC and that's a great tip I need to expand to other websites for selling my clothes!

@@laurensboutique NYC is great! The rent in Manhattan is really expensive tho, so most of my friends choose to stay in other parts of the city such as Queens. That way, rent is a bit more affordable, but it's still an acceptable commute :) and yeah definitely try Mercari! :)
