I live in ENY and on the Erskine side it’s the best kept secret in how calm it is. Pink Projects are the quietest I’ve ever known. Ish happens sometimes, but not as frequent as folks may think. Yet, my kids feel safer in crown heights where their dad lives. Kids don’t listen to their parents when they reach a certain age. So, I have no choice but to let them be while they do what they do when visiting their dad, but, my Uber spending is crazy cause I don’t want them walking about in that area. Seems ALL the bad things happen in Crown Heights. To me, it’s scarier than Brownsville. Gentrification is NOT good. It breeds this type of environment. And that’s what crown heights is like.
