not to mention someone fired more that two shots at a target less than 7 feet away and missed. two shots, bang bang, and reevaluate the situation. if you pull the trigger more than two times then you're just trigger happy. and the dead cop obviously did not take tactically sound position. This is the summary. A woman failed to show up for a court hearing and arrest warrant was issued. Sheriff's office received anonymous call that the woman was in Polk city. Four deputies came at 3 am to arrest the woman at home. When they entered the house she pointed a pellet gun at them. Deputies started recklessly shooting. Two rounds hit the woman and one round hit a deputy standing outside the house. The deputy died.

@@bme6949 False. By the legal use of Criminal Responsibility, she can be charged with Second Degree Murder of a Peace officer as her actions to openly engage law enforcement led to the death of Deputy Blane Lane. If they can prove she was in the state of mind to understand what she was doing was illegal and dangerous then they can and will most likely convict. They are like every other state well within their rights to try for Criminal Responsibility which leads in her case to a Second-Degree Murder Charge. And at this time, I cannot see any reason why she would be mentally unable to determine what she was doing was illegal or otherwise not dangerous to herself to the Deputies or to anyone within the Public. So yes, if they can convict, they better do so, if they can put her behind bars for the rest of her pathetic life then it's for everyone's best interest. Really? What did these PIGS, or any PIG as a matter of fact, do for Briana Taylor????? Let her bleed out. What did the PIGS do when one recently shot and killed the young girl in the changing room? Not a thing. How about in Colorado recently. What did the PIGS do for the 3 innocent bystanders who were shot by multiple PIGS? ....I'm waiting. Maybe you can tell me what the PIGS do after throwing a stun grenade through an open window, that had the fireman emblem on it showing its a child's room.......into a 6 month Olds crib? Anything? They did what exactly, what did these PIGS do for ANY of the innocent people who were killed by any traffic accident caused by a PIG? How are ANY PIGS helping out the woman who was just hit by a train while in the cop car? Maybe you can tell me what the PIGS did for the 2 MEDICAL PAITENTS.....not criminals, not hanging out with criminals ....patients, who drowned because these PIGS drive across a flooded bridge. Both hero PIGS somehow mad it, but wouldn't try to save the PAITENTs they were driving. For THEIR SAFETY. Had to handcuff....PAITENT, because it's policy. For THEIR* . PIGS.. SAFETY . has to lock door in back......policy you know.......for the PIGS SAFETY. Maybe you don't care how many innocent people get killed by these PIGS. It's about 2a day. That's not criminals....that's kids, the elderly, people just going about their life. PIGS get killed about 1 a week. But about 15 citizens are killed. Show me the last time any PIG did anything for a citizen who was killed by a PIGS stray bullet.

What's equally as sad is that Judd tried to offset the shock of his deputy dying by initially blaming the suspect. That is called cowardice. Why be a terrorist to go after a lady with the swat team at 2 a.m for missing a damn court date?! I need answers you pheresies! Why did it take this long for Judd to come and say that it was his own gestapo that got this young officer killed? A 21 year old has not enough life experiences to know better than to play into Judd's mockery of humanity. We realize that young people are not objects of a sheriff who thinks he owns the county and that it is a giant chess board. Hopefully this disgusting department gets defunded.
