From what I see in this video here is my opinion thorough observation. 1. The winding of the armature seems to be wrong as the " two windings were wound to cancel each other's magnetism. At 1.50 that half of the winding is clockwise, while at 2:13 the other half of the winding is also clockwise when it should be anticlockwise to produce a stronger armature winding. It seems that the motor is running due to the difference of the winding in the half windings of the armature!!! It would be a stronger motor if the armature had a normal wound could with cumulative halves and not differentiated halves. 2. In a DC brushed motor the magnetic field changes polarity and so the armature iron core is subjected to reversals, hence eddy currents in the magnetic path. This bolt is not laminated and so the eddy current effects will be substantial and they will delay the reversals and I do not think it will be able to rotate to 21,000 rpm as claimed. 3. At 3:03 the manner in which those two segments of the commutator were glued to the shaft means that the shaft needs to be of high resistive material as otherwise there will be a short circuit across the segments. Those two segments in the commutator should have been better insulated from the shaft and each other. 4. The spring brushes are a good design and it is surprising that they are not sparking more than they are. The power supply seems to be currently limited or a current source.

My thoughts exactly
@freeenergytransformer58422 жыл бұрын
DC brushed motors are widely used in power tools and small appliances. These motors are generally inexpensive and easy to build. In a DC brushed motor, the polarity of the magnetic field alternates, which causes the armature iron core to be subjected to reversals. This creates a back-and-forth motion, which drives the rotor. To make a powerful DC brushed motor, you need to create a strong magnetic field. One way to do this is to use a high-power battery or power supply. You can also increase the strength of the magnetic field by using more wire in the coil or by using a stronger magnet. Finally, you need to make sure that the armature is properly balanced. If it's not balanced, it will wobble and cause the motor to run inefficiently. P.S: Tesla's friend Alfred M. Hubbard developed a free energy transformer that could allegedly power motors and other devices without any input of electricity. His technology was met with mixed reactions, but many people were able to build working models of the transformer using his simple instructions. Although the technology has been around for years, it is still not commonly used, mostly because of the skepticism surrounding it. However, if you are interested in learning how to make your own free energy transformer, there are plenty of sources available online.

This is a tutorial on how to make a powerful dc brush motor. The first step is to get the parts. You will need a 12 volt battery, a motor, a switch, some wire, and some connectors. The next step is to assemble the parts. Connect the battery to the motor with wire. Connect the other end of the wire to the switch. Connect one end of the switch to the negative terminal of the battery and connect the other end of the switch to the positive terminal of the battery. Finally, connect the connector to each terminal of the motor. The next step is to test it out. Turn on the switch and see if it runs. If it doesn't run, check your connections and make sure they are all secure. If it does run, congratulations! You have just made a powerful dc brush motor!

21000RPM / 2= 10.000RPM because in 1 revolution 2 bright surfaces and 2 yellow (coil) surfaces were in the path of the laser. The official measurement is 1/2 of the axis in black or matte and the other half in white or shiny. The laser then detects a change of 1 signal per revolution.

People calm down. Anyone, who knows how a motor works can do this, there's nothing ingenious about this. The only advantage may be, that he created a motor at the fraction of the cost of a professionally made motor with similar specs. But aside from that, I assume this particular motor won't hold up very long due to choice of materials and overall design, therefore it functions rather as a proof of concept than as a useful utility.
