anyone wondering why he had taken -180 is because the denominator is greater and tending to infinity making the expression 0 with negative sign which is tan180

So the logic used here is that.. since omega is a large value, ignore 10 and 100 so u will be left with tan^- (-(1/omega)) using the property of inverse trig tan^-1(- quantity) = 180+ tan^-(quantity) u will get 180+tan^-1(quantity) here quantity= 1/omega so it becomes 0 tan^-1(0) becomes 0 there is a - sign outside , so it will make the phase -180 deg
