Hi Sheila you could put your lamp on a timer plug set time to turn on, off I use them now dark night are setting in I am at my daughter twice a week looking after her 3yr old and 16mth old when she works and my husband and myself get home around 6.30pm the timer comes in handy ❤

Love the satisfaction of watching ‘ before and after’ tidying up / reorganizing ! So so cozy ! I have been doing same in my apartment. Maybe we are really reorganizing the clutter in our minds, at least I am!! Feels good though. Yes, it’s good your neighbors are alert. If something happens to me no one would know for quite sometime! Aww the skipping rope … Turned very. Cold here overnight . ❤xx

Hello Sheila, it is starting to get cold across the pond. It was 45F or 7C the other night. That is something your neighbours notice if your light is on or not. Maybe you could put the light downstairs on a timer. Don't you still need to go downstairs to eat or get a cup of coffee or tea?☕🫖 Take care and rest after all that driving and shopping yesterday 🇺🇲❤🇬🇧

I do go downstairs for food and drinks but my kitchen is in the back of the house so no lights show in the front just the light on my staircase..
