Thank you for encouraging people to use "lifestyle" services, mental health professionals & other self-help programs. Life is stressful enough without adding the pandemic issues, so if people can find encouragement or validation through these programs all the better for them & their families. Too many times we try to "go it alone" or "get by", with disastrous results. Wishing you good health & a happy journey forward.

Great video! So glad to hear that your chest infection has cleared up for the most part. I didn’t have much heartburn at all. 1 of my boys had a lot of hair. Later on I have suffered greatly with heartburn and take meds daily. 2 of my sons have actually had surgery to correct the problem. So I can relate! Thanks for the update and take good care!

Sarah Jayne it’s so nice to see you back to your old self Your little baby girl has the same bump as Ella. Do you have to visit the hypnotherapist in person or can you do via video link. I am not pregnant but need someone good to help me give up something that has been going onto long. When you had Ella Grace I told you that I had a niece with same name . She turned 6 in December & now she has a sister Cara who is just 2. Because of COVID we did not get to see them much last year because of Lockdowns and only been allowed travel 5km. I had only come home from hospital on Christmas Eve & our restrictions were lifted for 3days before we went to level 5 I really wanted to hug them

When I was pregnant with my daughter she constantly laid on my nerves in my back lavender oil in a warm bath was a life saver and totally safe in pregnancy xx

Well, we dont have a husband so I cant relate to the bump however my cat just turned 5 yrs old does that count lol! Oh yeah & my late mothers dog turned 6 both ready for preschool! I had to be funny😁 Happy Pregancy

Yes they had a lot of dark hair that turned blonder than blonde , my mother said she needed a new mop lol

I’m the first to comment! ❤️ I’ve said this before but it’s so cool to me that our kids are around the same age! My daughter is 3 and her birthday is in October and I am also pregnant. I’m 28 weeks today and I’m due in March so they will be the same age too! I’m having a boy though! Love watching your videos, thanks for sharing your life with us ❤️😘
